What's your refund policy?
Online courses and digital products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. All payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for the full payment of the course fees, regardless of whether you complete the course.

All online courses come with 365 days of access. If your purchase includes access to our Community Group, you'll receive lifetime access to the Alumni Community once you successfully complete the certification requirements.
Does enrollment include live Q&A sessions?
Master classes include access to one live session (office hour) per month. These sessions are recorded and saved within the course platform, available to you for the duration of your enrollment period (365 days).
Mini courses (single-topic, standalone courses) do not include live sessions.
Do you offer in-person training or mentorship?

We do not offer private mentorship. However, we are accessible to our master class students and alumni through our Community Group.
